TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:General:
I have the right to decline any commissions I believe I cannot execute or include content I will not draw
I will not draw: NSFW (suggestive content may be okay depending on price), furries, mechs, landscapes (unless reference given), offensive content, very detailed backgrounds
I prefer drawing: people/idols, “collages”
You will not mint my work as a non-fungible token (NFT)
You will not feed my work into any AI software.Payments:
50% of payment is needed before I will begin your commission. The remaining 50% will be paid after.
I will accept refunds until I am done with a semi-colored sketch (this will vary by piece so please discuss with me.)Revisions:
I will fix major mistakes with no additional charges
Work-in progress sketches may be sent and asked for — revisions can be asked for then
I will allow for 1 major change to be made after completionDelivery:
I will aim to complete your commission within a month. As I am a student, my schedule may get busy and the max turnaround time will be around 2-3 months.
I will email all WIPs and final productsUse:
All work is for personal and private use only.
You must credit me (@losinqdogs) whenever this art is used
I maintain all rights to my work to use in portfolios, videos, etc. unless otherwise discussed
I retain the rights to the artwork that you commission.
